Windows tune-up – $60
Included services:

  • Removal of unnecessary startup programs
  • Hard Drive file maintenance (helps to speed up computer operation)
  • Perform all Windows Updates (helps to protect your computer against spyware and viruses)
  • Hard drive cleanup (removes unnecessary temporary files)
  • Registry scan and clean (many Windows problems can be caused by unnecessary registry items)

Spyware/Malware Removal – $60 *
Included services:

  • Malware/Virus scan and removal
  • Uninstallation of dangerous software
  • In extreme cases, or when removal/recovery is estimated to be overly complex, a Full PC-Scrub may instead be recommended by an LTS Tech. Additional charges may be assessed if LTS Tech recommendations are waived.

* In some cases, a spyware removal can be far more complicated than is usual for such cases.  If the spyware cannot be removed using normal means, our techs will recommend a full scrub/reinstall.  This is a full erasure of Windows along with a full reinstall.  In the event this happens, our Liberty Tech Service tech will call you to let you know, and will discuss our tiered scrub service as described below.  In our experience, this happens with less than a quarter of all spyware removal cases, but it is a distinct possibility.


Premium Service – $100 (Save $20, Better Together!)

    • Data Backup/Migration
    • Software Installation – (Must have Installation Media and License/License Keys)
  • Tier 3 – $125
    • All of Tier 2
    • Financial Program Backup/Installation/Recovery (Quickbooks, Peachtree Accounting, etc.)
    • Database driven application software Backup/Installation/Recovery
    • Other specialized software Backup/Installation/Recovery, as determined by LTS Tech

Data Backup and Restore – $30
(Assuming no data recovery is required, and the hard drive is in good shape.)

  • No limit on the amount of data that is backed up or restored.
  • Service requires working hard drive with no defects.
  • In the event of hardware problems preventing your backup, an LTS Tech will notify you of additional charges to complete the job.
  • On-site data backup is subject to our On-Site Hourly Pricing, shown below.

On-Site Hourly Pricing – $50/hour
(Charged in 15 minute increments after the first hour.)

  • 1-hour minimum charge
  • Free problem diagnosis.
  • Time starts after diagnosis is made.
