Gabe Houser and Chris Dow have a combined total of over 13 years in the Information Technology field. Gabe has his A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (Server 2003), Microsoft Certified Professional, and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician Certifications, and has worked for 7 years in the IT field.  Chris has his Network+ certification, and has also worked in the IT field for 7 years. We have worked for various companies and institutions, and know the importance of hardware and software standards, and quality customer service. We’ve been jerked around by tech support enough that we know how you feel.
